When we were looking for a server we checked out Rackspace, OneandOne and Open Minded Servers.

We needed a hands on company that were fanatical about their support and happy to help us even to the point of moving our very busy domains and databases across with zero downtime. Back in the middle of November my host at the time, started to have problems with my email being bounced, due to them being on two spam lists. Despite trying to work with them, they are unable to resolve the problem. Time for a new host.

I signed up with OpenmindHosting back in December, but being a bit of a technofob and a proper scardy cat of anything too IT'ish, didn't do anything about it until two days ago.
